Ratings and reviews

I've been in low voltage working with this app for going on 11 years and it hasn't improved at all. It looks prettier and that's about it. The app also requires a strong data connection and I frequently work in areas with terrible cell signal. In this case the app simply does not function at all. Even when I have a stable connection via wifi the search function to look up customers refuses to work at times Honestly, I don't know what the hell ADC is thinking with this app.

This app is awful. I have to use this for work, unfortunately, and it makes me want to spike my phone like I just scored the game winning touchdown in overtime. Slow, unresponsive, blank screens constantly that force you to close and re open the app. The list goes on. Do yourself a favor and use the website on an actual computer. It's at least slightly better.

adding a video doorbell is basically impossible on an android device. i was told to get an iphone. that is an obviously unreasonable "solution" to a problem that appears to be years long from reading the comments... also weird how there are WAY more 1 star than 3 star reviews, yet the 3 star reviews are represented on the graphic. lol. censorship does not equal progress. especially in a case like this.
