Ratings and reviews

The app is mildly sufficient. It has some good qualities but it lacks a lot. The big problem is that a 15 second video is nothing when someone is at your door. 15 seconds of someone walking to your door and 15 seconds of the conversation after is not efficient. Even a ring camera will capture the whole event. If someone threatens, attacks or breaks in, 15 seconds is useless. I see several minute videos recorded from others. It is simply pointless!

poor user interface for looking back at video (it's not intuitive to find where you go to look back at videos), often slow to respond to doorbell rings, some features are good like being able to set boundaries on your cameras so it doesn't always fire, but it's mostly meh or frustrating. there is also a glitch where it doesn't show the correct time during daylight savings ever since I had the service. again it's one of those things that you can tell there wasn't a lot of attention to detail.

Decent Control to look at videos and make some setting changes. For the ones that complain about not controlling more, it's actually better that your device can't, for an extra security measure. As far as some saying about video or alert delays. That usually means that your internet speed is too slow to handle the demand. May have to upgrade. I have no issues. Wish there was a setting for dark mode. When I check my app at night, it's way too bright, even with a dim screen option on.
