About this app
My Children app (“we” or the “App”) is committed to protecting your privacy and your children’s data. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information within the App.
1. Information Collection and Use
The App is designed to track prayer, Quran progress, and daily tasks.
Local Data: All information you enter (children’s names, birthdates, progress records, and profile pictures) is stored locally on your device using a local database (Hive). We do not have access to this data.
Profile Pictures: The App requests access to your device’s camera and photo library only to allow you to upload pictures of your children. These pictures remain on your device and are not uploaded to any external server.
2. Third-Party Services
Google Drive Backup: The App offers an optional feature to back up your data to your personal Google Drive account. If you choose to use this feature, the App will request access to your Google account via Google Sign-In. This data is stored in your personal cloud storage and we do not have access to it.
No Ads or Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics tools and do not display any in-app ads.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. You may voluntarily share your Achievement Cards as images via third-party apps (such as WhatsApp or email) using the system's sharing feature.
4. Children's Privacy
The app is designed for parents to manage their children's activities. We do not collect any personally identifiable information directly from children. All data entered by the parent is stored locally or in the parent's cloud (Google Drive).
5. Data Deletion
Since data is stored locally, deleting the app from your device will delete all local data. If you have created backups on Google Drive, you can manually delete them from your account at any time.
