About this app

Bazar is a grocery list that sorts itself into aisle order — from produce to
dairy — so you walk the store once instead of going back for the yogurt you
forgot.

WHAT IT DOES

• A list in shopping order
Add products in any order and Bazar groups them into categories, arranged the
way you walk through the store. The longer you use it, the better it knows your
store's layout.

• Live cart total
Enter a price as you check items off. Bazar counts what is already in the cart,
what is left and what the register will say — before you get there.

• Budget with a warning
Set a limit for the trip and the app tells you when you are getting close and
when you have gone over. No mental math at the shelf.

• Spending: today, this week, this month
Scan a receipt or type an amount by hand. Bazar shows what you spent today,
this week and this month.

• Receipt scanning
The camera reads the total and the line items. The photo is processed on your
phone and deleted right after it is read.

• Your own inflation
Prices you enter stay in each product's history. After a few weeks a chart
shows how much YOUR cart went up — not a national average.

• Where it is cheaper
The same list compared across your stores, using only the prices you entered
yourself.

• A list from a message in one tap
Someone sent you a list by text or chat? Paste it or share it to Bazar and the
app picks out items, amounts and categories.

NO ACCOUNT, NO CLOUD

Bazar has no sign-in, creates no account and sends your lists to no server.
Lists, prices and spending live in your phone's memory and work with no signal.
Backup goes to your own Google Drive through Android's built-in mechanism, so
everything returns when you change phones.

FREE, WITH ADS LATER

Bazar is free and has no in-app purchases. This version shows no ads; I intend
to introduce them in a future release so the app can stay free. Google's consent
form always appears before any ad loads, and your lists, prices and spending are
never used for advertising — that data never leaves your phone.

For anyone who shops for groceries with a list and wants to know the total
before reaching the register. For families who send each other grocery lists.
For people watching a household budget and food prices.

Bazar speaks English, Polish, German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Swedish,
