About this app

Schedule360 is the only complete scheduling, mapping and routing app designed specifically by adjusters for adjusters. There is no other app that does or can do what Schedule360 does. It is designed to save adjusters time and adjusters know that time equals money. Schedule360 is feature rich and there are no additional costs for using the text and email functions, the automated reminder texts and emails and the automated ETA texts and emails.

Claims Scheduler is the only scheduling, mapping and routing program that is designed to be used on your smartphone.

Adjuster Features:
• The Adjuster can add unlimited Customer Locations individually or import a list of customer locations from an Excel spreadsheet. The amount of locations is unlimited.
• Once Customer Locations are added, they can be plotted on a map and then grouped together to maximise scheduling and minimise driving times between customer locations.
• Once appointments are scheduled, they are then added to the Calendar in the Schedule360 App and to the native calendar on your phone.
• Daily appointments will be mapped and routed in the order they are scheduled and then displayed on the map.
• The adjuster can set up scheduled reminder emails and texts that are sent to the customer automatically in a date range and time entered by the adjuster.
• Adjuster can add documents to the app that can be attached to emails being sent from the app. There's no need to search for the documents in your computer or phone files.
• Adjuster can call, text or email their Customer directly from the app.
• Schedule360 gives the adjuster the option to upload and send e-Documents to their customer through the app so documents can be e-signed on the customer’s phone and returned to the adjuster via the Claims Scheduler app. No need for fax machines, scanners, printers, computers, etc.
• Claims Scheduler allows the adjuster to view, download and save photos taken by the Customer.
• The Schedule360 app will automatically send a text with the estimated time of arrival to the customer when the adjuster is on their way.
• Schedule360 tracks your actual mileage and saves it to an Excel spreadsheet that can be downloaded and saved for business purposes.

Customer Features:
• Customer will be able to use their version of the app to send pictures to the adjuster through the Claims Scheduler app using their phone’s camera or gallery.
• Customer will be able to receive e-Documents from the adjuster then sign and return these e-Documents to the adjuster through the app. No need for fax machines, scanners, printers, computers, etc.
• Customer can edit their profile, access their adjuster’s information, contact the adjuster or Schedule360, track the adjuster’s location, and access the FAQ page and How-To Videos from the app’s Dashboard.
