I installed this app because I was unable to place the order on the website as it didn't give a drop down menu for choosing your city and then insisted you choose one from the menu instead of filling the space manually. The app didn't have this glitch and I placed my order without any issues but I will appreciate it more if it imports our account data such as cart items and wishlist as I logged in to the app with my website account. Very decent app otherwise. Thanks

1 Star because of the service that ethnic provides. I ordered a dress through the application and the item delivered was torn and damaged at multiple places. Sent them an email. Reached out on Instagram. No response. Save your money and energies. Don't order from them online because you'll just suffer loss

It was a horrible experience with this app.. they deduct the amount from my account but didnt gave me any confirmation email or message... i paid for a dress which i think is never going to get deliver to me... i tried to contact them through email twice and called them many times.. but it was useless because my request was not processed anywhere.. I mean if you dont have the proper online shopping system then why are you wasting our time and money... Please upgradr or stop your fradulent servce
