About this app

The Intertek Alchemy mobile app provides access to Alchemy Coach and Alchemy Playbook, which are on-the-floor extensions of your Alchemy Training System.

ALCHEMY COACH
Validate your people, equipment, and processes are doing exactly what they should be, all while fostering engagement between supervisors and employees. Use Alchemy’s pre-built Observations for coaching on safety, GMPs, and SOPs – or create your own site-specific Observations to verify compliance to established protocols. You can use Alchemy Coach to:
>> Validate training is being correctly applied on the floor – with digital signatures.
>> Provide supervisors corrective action blueprints to ensure accuracy.
>> Ensure consistency across all lines, shifts, and locations.
>> Digitally document on-the-floor behaviors and corrective actions.
>> Digitize and easily document all internal auditing and control monitoring activities.

Streamline your operations with job-specific training, validation, and resourcing on the floor. Alchemy Playbook is an advanced solution for on-the-job training (OJT) and job qualifications.

On-the-Job Training
With Alchemy Playbook as your OJT app, you can:
>> Easily create task-specific training using video and photos directly within the app.
>> Add task-specific instructions and quizzes to turn the video and photos into a course.
>> Deliver OJT on the floor, right where the work will be performed for greater understanding and retention.
>> Ensure OJT is consistent, preventing shortcuts and misinformation from spreading.
>> Digitize SOPs and turn them into courses with comprehension documented.
>> Promptly access reference materials during routine maintenance and emergencies.

With Alchemy Playbook’s job qualification engine, you can:
