I would rate it higher because I love being able to track my daughters transportation but its been saying temporary communication issues for the last 3 days. Normally its done this I would close the application and try again. I've also had to uninstall and reinstall which has worked to fix the problem. None of that has worked this time. I've told the driver in hopes for the problem to be worked on but still having problems. My daughter travels an hour to school. Wish this app would work.

It's not "real time tracking." It's an app that keeps track of the scheduled pick up time then counts down from there even if no driver is en route. There's a map that is not interactive or live. The actual position of the vehicle is never shown. The app does show current and future scheduled pick ups/ drop offs. It's easy to cancel a pick up with 1 touch, but it cannot be changed, only cancelled completely.

Have been attempting to access this app for 3-4 days and every time, it takes minutes for the app to attempt to load and then I get an error message stating they are having communication issues. So I have no way of viewing any information regarding my special needs child and their transportation.
