Absolutely awful customer service. Poor or no response to customer emails. This app promises to reward you for spending at locations but instead charged my card and now has failed to properly respond to replace the funds they have charged on my account. The original transaction was over a month ago.I would not recommend this app, they do not have a contact number and do not respond to issues or take action to resolve their own errors for taking customers money in error. Stay away.

App was good but suddenly it's not logging in as I have many thousands of points to redeem but they are not sending OTP to login which will help me to redeem points ! I also have send email but no response at all... Will anyone fix the issue or reply from customer care department????

Useless and not reliable. My points are not credited and nobody cares to fix it.
