update:issues fixed and working fine offline and doesn't work. reinstalled multiple times.

UPDATE I contacted the Customer Care as requested and as before it's just a waste of time. ---- Another reward app we can live without. It requires to register the credit card you are going to use, but if you use Google Wallet doesn't capture the transactions. You can raise a claim only if the transaction is older than 15 days but no more than 30. Then, for the same merchant, not all the transactions are eligible for points. More than a reward opportunity, it seems an insurance policy. Useless

I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. There is no one available to speak with directly, and points are being deducted without any prior email or message notifications. Additionally, I reported that I’m unable to redeem my earned points for cash—the app simply doesn’t allow it. It’s been over two weeks since I first raised this issue, and despite sending multiple reminders, nothing has been done. I now have only a few days left before I lose even more points.
