Email keeps getting bounced back and the phone does not work...poor service..why do u even bother writing your contact details if they don't even work...perhaps a regulatory requirement to mention some contact details !!! Whether some one responds or not is irrelevant!! I have deleted the app right away..will pay QNB the transfer fee instead...you get what you pay for!

New Customers, please send a five second video holding your Qatar ID and a copy(Both sides) of your ID to customercare@aldarexchange.com Your profile will be activated by AML&CFT Department.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. On January 2, 2025, at 4:53 PM, I initiated a transfer, but unfortunately, the amount has not been credited to my account even after 4 days. The delay is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this platform to others.

Useless app. I was trying to register but the message "Something went wrong, please try again." is always showing up and not allowing me to register. Also the app does not tell exactly what is wrong with the registration. Please improve on the user interface before releasing an app like this. Again, THIS APP IS USELESS!!! Dont install...
