HOW IT WORKS — 3 TAPS
1. Pick how long: 5 minutes, 90 minutes, 8 hours… or an exact time, like "until 14:30".
2. Choose vibrate, silent or Do Not Disturb.
3. Tap Start. Close the app and forget about it — the timer keeps running.

This app works fine for silencing exactly as described but something I find extremely frustrating is that there's no way to change the settings so that when the silence time is done the phone goes back to vibrate mode. I always have my phone in vibrate but sometimes I want silent for a specific period of time and then back to vibrate. It makes me jump every time

One of the best apps I've used ever. Simple silent timer does it all and in a simple, concise interface that's easy to use and easy to configure. I'll say this app does one thing and it does it very well. It closes the app when your finished entering and continues to run in the background. I use it to silence my phone when at church. Now, I don't go three days b4 remembering that I'm still in vibrate mode and missed 3 calls. Very easy. Very precise. I've found what I needed for a long time. Thx

I have tried many similar programs and none of them lasted for more than 4 weeks. I have had yours for 8 weeks and the beauty of this is its simplicity. I need to press one button and it's set. I especially like the flat position as I always lay on a table top during meetings. will only say that the pro version is better but not worth the monthly fee that is required.
