I’m updating my previous 1-star review because the support team reached out and successfully resolved my authentication and activation issues. While the platform itself still feels a bit unpolished and "sloppy" in terms of the technical user experience, the educational and entertainment content is top-tier for kids. If you run into trouble, definitely contact their support—they are very helpful and responsive. I’m looking forward to seeing the app get a bit more love from the development team.

Great content, but it would help if you made compatible with Google Chromecast. watching on a small screen is kind of waste of the potential when you're using the app at home, and when you simply cast the smartphone screen it really lags behind. It'd be nice to have some advanced search options as well. Like typing "heart" and seeing all episodes of all the shows that mention heart.

I signed up for the seven day free trial with an annual payment to try out the app if it is good for me. I tought I can easily cancel the subscription if I want to. But no. I tried it in the app, in google play store, in the webpage, none of them allows me to cancel the subscription. I don't want to pay for something what I won't use.
