i can't login on my tv on this app, there's no way to generate the code plus the email login fails. also my subscription did not activate properly but they still took the money. give me my money back!!! edit: changing from 1 to 4 stars because support team was very responsive and processed the refund within a day.

I do not understand the app anymore. There are no more games or operation ouch or horrible history, etc . all I used to watch on the DSTV is not available on the app. Da Vinci, please restore

I’m updating my previous 1-star review because the support team reached out and successfully resolved my authentication and activation issues. While the platform itself still feels a bit unpolished and "sloppy" in terms of the technical user experience, the educational and entertainment content is top-tier for kids. If you run into trouble, definitely contact their support—they are very helpful and responsive. I’m looking forward to seeing the app get a bit more love from the development team.
