About this app

Place orders, track their status, communicate with the manager of Alel Agro JSC.
ALEL@ - the application is intended for customers of Alel Agro JSC who are already cooperating with the company, and will also allow new customers to register.
The application provides the ability to conveniently register customer orders, track the status of its implementation, view prices and the list of goods available for purchase.
The application also provides:
• Home page with grouping orders by status;
• Convenient work with the list of goods with selections by: product category, product type and search by name.
• The user's work with the basket, taking into account three types of goods: frozen products, chilled products, other goods;
• Formation of a customer's order for the types of goods from the basket in one click;
• Actualization of the client's order until it is taken into work by the manager;
• Filtering already placed orders in the list by: period, supplier, status, payment, type of order operation.
• Possibility to receive "Invoice for payment" by order and upload it to PDF file;
• Communication with the manager in a chat, for example, to clarify the conditions for an order being placed or for any other issue;
• Viewing the report "Statement of settlements" for the client to control the amount of debt;
• Viewing the "Price List" report to obtain current prices with selections by product type and product category;
• PUSH - application notifications for received chat messages with the manager.
In the application settings, the user can enable/disable PUSH - notifications in the application settings.
If necessary, you can update information about yourself, change the application user password.
When you enter the application, information about the current prices of goods, the status of customer orders, chat messages is automatically synchronized.
