I love my Alen equipment, but the app is clumsy to set up, disconnects easily, and doesn't reconnect easily. And the functionality it offers isn't worth the trouble or time. I'm not sure an app is really necessary anyway, so as long as they're good at producing excellent air purifiers, I'll be happy. Just don't expect a lot. The interface is attractive and I appreciate what it's trying to do, but it's obvious that connectivity isn't a priority on the equipment side or the app development side.

Iove the app and interface but the AQI is hard to see what time something occured please make the window smaller. It would also be nice to be able to select a date far into the past with a calendar where you can click a date. Could you add support for Google assistant and Alexa? One more thing. What about something like seasonal recommendations? It could tell you how often to run the air purifier or to change the to a different filter for better performance? I this is a lot of feature requests

We always appreciate our customers letting us know what we can improve on. We're currently working on some major improvements to the air quality graphs that will be coming out soon! Many of your suggestions are on the list of features we'd love to include and are currently being looked at for prioritization.

Works but pretty buggy. For example most times the air quality history graph will not load without force closing and reopening the app. Sometimes going better the air quality history and device controls does not properly hide the air quality history and it's stuck in the background. Also the color ring on the app frequently does not match the color on the unit itself.
