Privacy controls are introduced early and transparently, easy choices that put users in control from the start making clean air immediately accessible.

Creating a new location has never been easier. Simply provide your city or zip code and Alen Air automatically selects the closest outdoor air quality monitor to your locality giving you a good idea about outdoor air quality so you can compare it against your indoor air quality.

Easily pair your Alen purifier or AQM with the new device onboarding process. Your Wi-Fi network can be automatically detected or, for enhanced security, manually enter your Wi-Fi name and password. Pairing happens through a Bluetooth connection for a fast, no hassle experience making it easy to control your Utopiar.

Introducing AQM Mode: AQM Mode transforms your air purifier into a smart indoor air quality monitor. While the fan rests, advanced sensors continue tracking PM2.5, CO₂, TVOC, temperature, and humidity in real time—giving you a continuous view of your environment with less noise and lower energy use. Ratings and reviews

Love the remote features, easy set up, and time series air quality graphing. The big downside is that the AQI is based on 4 hour intervals. This is just too long. If my air is bad, I want real time insights. In future versions, can you incorporate up to the minute insights to illustrate how actions impact AQI? Also, knowing the actual TVOC reading would be nice. The unit itself runs quiet and makes a noticeable difference in air quality.

I love my Alen equipment, but the app is clumsy to set up, disconnects easily, and doesn't reconnect easily. And the functionality it offers isn't worth the trouble or time. I'm not sure an app is really necessary anyway, so as long as they're good at producing excellent air purifiers, I'll be happy. Just don't expect a lot. The interface is attractive and I appreciate what it's trying to do, but it's obvious that connectivity isn't a priority on the equipment side or the app development side.

I don't use the app very often because it logs me out and every time I log in I have to follow the inconvenient steps to re add my air purifier. I am tired of adding it like it is a new device when I should be able to open my app and see it any time. It should always recognize it as an existing device. It is very annoying. I may have been not using it often because it kept removing my purifier for no reason so I just haven't bothered.
