On my first download of this app, I found no instructions or options to create an account. After deciding to use my Account # and enter my password (which was incorrect), the account was locked. No further instructions were given on how to unlock. In short, it needs to improve in these areas.

For anyone wondering, it would be best that you contact E-networks via Facebook or just go into them to create the account. They created mine for me. The only thing is that the app is sorta useless for me to make a payment, but thank God for MMG

I was puzzled after downloading the app ....no instructions as to how I should login..additionally I have to visit surepay if I choose not to use my bank card.. hopefully there are other available option to top up for payments in times to come
