ALERTA 360 is a citizen-led application designed to support emergency situations, prevention efforts, and communication with participating authorities.
IMPORTANT: ALERTA 360 is not affiliated with any government entity and is not an official government application. The platform is operated by Todo Apps / Todo LEDS and may be used as a technological support tool by participating authorities or institutions.
Government or institutional information related to the Municipality of Acuña can be found on the official website of the Acuña Municipal Government: https://acuna.gob.mx/
The app allows users to send a request for assistance from their cell phone, indicating the type of support required, such as Police, Ambulance, or Fire Department. When a request is submitted, the application sends the user's location to facilitate locating the incident and expedite response.
It also allows users to add an optional contact phone number so that authorities can contact the user if necessary. During an active emergency, the user can send voice messages and receive updates regarding the status of their request.
ALERTA 360 also allows users to receive mass alerts issued by Civil Protection or participating authorities, such as preventive notices, weather emergencies, shelter-in-place orders, evacuation orders, flood warnings, storm alerts, or other events relevant to the community.
