I had a friendly response using this app This app was designed by the Guardia for English. It is comforting to know if you enable location you do not have to try and explain where you are contacting the Guardian from. Also preset problems on screen for quickness. Phone or message or call back. Excellent.

Spotted an article about this in 'Sur in English' (Spanish newspaper) and decided to give it a whirl. Thankfully I didn't need to use it, but it's very simply laid out and very comforting to know that if I did require assistance there'd not be any issues with language. I'll be re-installing this again on my next trip.

Unable to receive validation code in the US. I have installed this app in preparation for a trip to Spain to do the Camino de Santiago. Unfortunately I'm stalled in the set up process since I haven't been able to receive the validation code via SMS.
