Alertive is a mobile application that covers all your communication needs, saving front-line clinicians time and enabling them to deliver better and faster patient outcomes. Its core capabilities include critical alerting, secure messaging and the automatic retrieval of updates from clinical systems (through integrations).

Messages and alerts are shared in a consistent and compliant format and can be organised around patients or a specific topic. Integration into the NHS Trust Active Directory system ensures authentication happens seamlessly with all transactional data captured to provide a secure, auditable archive.

Alertive provides a high level of assurance around delivery by making use of critical alerting and backup delivery protocols as well as the ability to automate escalation of messaging and alerts and the capability to communicate by role. Many further automation opportunities are available using Alertive's bot framework.
