Welcome to the GoCentroBus mobile app – the only official transit app from Centro. This app is the fastest, easiest way to ride the bus in Central New York. Ratings and reviews

Very glitchy. most of the times it does not say there are available busses when they are nearby, or the bus tracker does not work. Trying to create an account or log in gives errors like being logged in on another device, even when you've never used this app before. Centro states it is a 3rd party that manages the app.

This app COULD be useful & it really only needs minor adjustments but it's been almost a year since it's been updated. The main issues are that it will say a bus is arriving at a certain stop in 13 minutes, 2 minutes will pass by, then it's arriving in 5. Conversely, it will say a bus is arriving in 2 minutes then it just stay that way for 10 minutes. And the overall UI is confusing & buggy.

When I first downloaded this app I used it to get around my school. It would tell me how far the bus was away from the pickup. Then the app stopped doing that, I've had to delete the app and download it 4 times now and it still doesn't work. The only way I know it will be at my stop if I go to trip planner. You guys really need to fix this app, I've loved it now I absolutely hate it.
