Welcome to the GoCentroBus mobile app – the only official transit app from Centro. This app is the fastest, easiest way to ride the bus in Central New York. The GoCentroBus app uses GPS technology to track your bus in real-time so you know exactly when it will arrive at your stop. No more missing the bus!

Ratings and reviews

Mostly helpful. BUT make sure you're at the bust stop 5 minutes early. Sometimes the app is inaccurate. It told me the bus would arrive in about 20 minutes. When I checked again, it said there were no busses for the next 30 minutes. I was at the stop 10 minutes before the earlier stated time, so I know I didn't miss it. I saw the bus that will turn around in a few minutes for the return trip. (Aldi at Milton Ave.)

app needs more improvement to make it easier to navigate and actually load since it opens straight to a map with tons of markers that takes years to load, so id be stuck watching my phone struggle just so I can use a bus pass (minimum of $10 which is od but whatever) and sometimes wont work\scan.

Very glitchy. most of the times it does not say there are available busses when they are nearby, or the bus tracker does not work. Trying to create an account or log in gives errors like being logged in on another device, even when you've never used this app before. Centro states it is a 3rd party that manages the app.
