About this app

kAIboard brings smart multilingual typing to your Android device.
The keyboard automatically detects who you're chatting with and switches to the right language, no manual toggling needed.

Auto Language Switching:

Open a chat with a German contact? kAIboard switches to German. Switch to a French friend? French layout instantly appears. It works by reading the contact's phone number prefix and matching it to the right language. You can also set or change the language for any contact manually in the Contact Management screen inside the app, or by long-pressing the spacebar directly from the keyboard. Supports 120+ messaging apps including WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, Messenger, Viber, and many more.

AI Translation (subscription):

Long-press Enter to activate live translation. Type in your language, press Enter, and your message is automatically translated into your contact's language before sending. Powered by AI, processed securely via encrypted connection. Only outgoing text is translated — incoming messages are never touched.

Smart Autocorrect:

A multi-factor correction system that combines context analysis, edit distance, word frequency, and your personal typing habits. It learns which corrections you accept or reject and adapts over time. Autocorrect is intentionally conservative — it suggests rather than force-replaces, because a keyboard should assist you, not overwrite you.

Next-Word Prediction:

Context-aware suggestions powered by statistical language models, comprehensive dictionaries, and personalized learning. The more you type, the better it gets. Three suggestion slots always visible above the keyboard. Built by a solo developer with care — predictions are solid and improve with use, though I won't pretend to match the neural models of tech giants with hundreds of engineers. What sets kAIboard apart is knowing which language you need before you type a single character.

Personal Learning:

kAIboard learns your most-used words, common phrases, and proper nouns. Suggestions improve over time with a smart decay system that keeps recent habits relevant.

Google Drive Backup (subscription):

Back up your settings and learning data to your personal Google Drive for easy restore or device migration.

Emoji Picker:

Built-in emoji grid with categories and recent emojis section.

13 Languages Supported: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Greek, Georgian — each with a dedicated keyboard layout, dictionary, and predictive model.

Contacts permission is required to match chat contacts with phone numbers for automatic language detection. Accessibility permission is required to detect which contact you're chatting with in messaging apps.

What’s new

New: Scheduled Send — write a message, tap the clock icon, choose date and time. At the scheduled time, copy to clipboard and open the app with one tap. Manage from Settings → Scheduled messages.
New: Clipboard History — automatically saves texts and links copied while typing. Access via long-press comma key. Four tabs: All, Text, Links, Pinned. 90-day retention (365 if pinned).
