Vedetta — Real-Time Italian Fire Map

Vedetta shows you where fires are active in Italy on a clear and simple map, with data updated directly from NASA satellites (VIIRS network, 3 satellites in orbit).

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- View fires detected by satellite in the last 24 hours, 48 ​​hours, or 7 days
- Report a fire you see firsthand, with estimated size, terrain type, and smoke color
- Follow reports from all app users in real time, anywhere in Italy
- View temperature, humidity, and wind at the location of each fire
- Clean map, with only the borders and names of Italian regions

HOW IT WORKS
Satellite data is automatically updated every few minutes. User reports remain visible on the map for 24 hours, then disappear on their own.

DATA AND PRIVACY
Your location is only used if you actively choose to report a fire—never collected in the background. No advertising, no data sale to third parties.
