app does not work. can't log in. website does the same thing. contacted my local office, everyone was clueless about the website as well as the app. such a waste of time STILL. why create and advertise an app if it's not even going to work and no one knows anything about it ???

Can't access the actual web page. The only thing you can do is make payments and claims. The last 3 times I've tried to use it, it just made me angry. I couldn't change the password, couldn't make a payment, couldn't download proof or insurance, and made a payment on 6/19 the date on the invoice was 4/19. Zero stars.

App & website doesn't allow you to download your insurance cards also My son was involved in an accident that wasn't his fault and they told us we had to call the insurance company of the driver who hit my son! So on top of all that off the insurance company of the driver that hit my son said they're not paying out to fix our car to show proof he was at fault this is when you have a week insurance company! They save you money and do nothing when in an accident what a joke!!
