This app urgently needs an upgrade. Everytime I need to make a payment with my debit card thru the ALF app the system show me a decline message, their system do not allow to make partial payment thru the month, and if the system allow me to make a payment it doesnt update untill later next day, it's very old fashioned. Thanksfully Im almost done paying off my loan, I do not recommend this finance company at all because their interest are so high too.

It's the worst app in the 21st century .One minute, u can make a payment next payment comes, and u can't it gives u an error... get with the program, no one wants to be on the phone making payments talking with an AI 😡🤦🏾

When it used to work it was very conveniente and useful. The app was the easiest way to pay my car. Now it just crashes and I had to uninstall.
