The "Planet App" mobile application is an integral part of the professional web-based "Planet" system intended for internal (HR and payroll departments) or external (outsourcing) service providers providing comprehensive HR services for B2B units employing employees and contractors. Planet integrates the Business (Employer) with its HR department (service provider). It is an interactive real-time solution available on-line 7/24/365, meeting the needs of the business as well as the HR and payroll operator. In the area of ​​business needs, it enables employment policy, generating work schedules taking into account the demand for work on individual shifts, on individual days and months, monitoring deadlines and creating reports on the effective use of working time and labor costs.
In the area of ​​human resources and payroll administration, Planet supports all standard functions (such as keeping personal files, calculating payrolls, ZUS and Taxes, etc.) and the most advanced functions in the field of labor law, social security law, taxes and labor protection (including labor inspection , health and safety and health and safety). These include generating all types of certificates for financial institutions, Employment Certificates, automatic downloading of L-4 certificates from the PUE or even managing bailiff deductions.
Thanks to Planet, the circulation of paper documents has been completely eliminated and Personal Files are kept in electronic form. Thanks to this, all users have constant access to them on equal terms.
In turn, the "Planet App" is a tool enabling access to selected functions and data in "Planet" for interactive communication between the Employer and Employee.
At the Employee level, the application is used to manage working time by viewing the current and planned schedule, as well as to generate vacation requests and reserve dates for the collection of holidays. The application is also used to monitor the most important requirements and deadlines related to labor law and the contract with the employer.
At the Employer level, it is used to quickly view schedules, review submitted employee applications and authorize them.
Communication is supported by notifications sent by the application after certain actions are performed by the Employee or Employer.
The Planet App has additional functionalities, such as the possibility of sending schedules to calendars on a smartphone and sending photos of HR and payroll documents to the database.
Users who have been authorized by the "Planet App" also gain access to the other components of the Alfa-Net System, ie the document flow management system (SAN) and the business training module (EDU).
