Ratings and reviews

I couldn't sign up. The app flagged my phone number as invalid after I entered the OTP and told me to contact customer support. Their support on WhatsApp is just a bot, and reaching a live agent takes so long that the conversation ends for inactivity before I get a chance to see that they've replied. I tried twice. The time between my messages and the live agent replying was 25 minutes then 35. I say save yourself the trouble and find another company that's actually responsive.

For an app that is supposed to speed up and simplify things, it does not. It is an extremely slow app. It takes minutes to access the database. Some of the job titles do not make sense. It assumes that you know what the problem is with your AC or whatever. Furthermore, it does not offer real-time tracking of your request. My recommendation to the management, start again. To the user, use the phone service.

Very bad..! Used to be good but since i renwed the contract it keeps telling that i have no contract..!! So whenever i need to open a request for service i have to pay 15 kd to place the request.I called the calling center and discussed the issue with them several times every time they say we will solve the problem and call you back,now i am waiting for to months..
