Per-device Sensitivity Calibration
Microphone sensitivity depends on your phone.
Use the calibration card to fine-tune the reading: reset, then adjust the offset with – / + buttons (e.g. 78 + 0 dB).
Professional weighting filters
Choose how the meter processes sound:
dB A-weighting – Recommended
Closest to human hearing, use this for everyday noise.
dB C-weighting – for very loud environments and peak levels.
Linear – no filtering, for technical/raw measurements.
