Accordion Solitaire is an easy game to play which is equally challenging to win. The game is played with one deck of standard 52-cards set and objective is to compress entire deck into one pile.

At the beginning all 52 cards are shuffled and lined up one after another. A card can be moved to another pile one before it or three before it if it matches destination card by suit or rank.

Two different rules can be used for moving cards.
1. SWAP
2. DISCARD

In SWAP rule, card being moved goes to the destination pile and card in the destination pile is removed to the waste pile. In DISCARD rule, card in the destination pile is kept and card being moved is discarded to the waste pile.

Cards are simply matched and moved accordingly. You need to remove all cards except one to win.

Saw a version of this solitaire game on tiktok and thought to give it a try. So far, so good. No bells or whistles, just a card layout with two types of play options (swap or discard). I hope they expand on this to include more "typical" extras, like levels, coins, etc. Otherwise, fun and definitely challenging.

Excellent! A nice implementation of one of my favourite solitaire games. The layout is well done and makes a hard game much easier to play and plan ahead for.

I love accordion solitaire but this version seems like it was made by people who don't know how accordion solitaire is played.
