This app used to be great but recently my file, results and everthing disappeared and my son's file is doubled in its place and now I can't access my results. Even after updating the app and reinstalling it, my file is still not visible and no one from the hospital is offering any help. They keep saying the app is fine even when I showed them my file is gone and my son's double file.

The mobile app is not functioning well on Android OS even after updating it, for example: when you fix an appointment with a certain physician - the appointment is not appearing into my appointments tab. The same app is working properly on IOS. I hope when you read my comment to work on this issue and to get fixed soon.

This App used to be great, however, after recent update my son's file is doubled and my file disappeared from the application, this is no technical available and the Hospital staff doesn't know how to fix this issue, instead they claim the App is working fine despite seeing that application is not showing my file. Pathetic behaviour.
