I do like the hearing aids, they do what they're supposed to do. The hearing aid specialist has provided several programs that I use for different environments and that has proven very helpful to hear. The app is disappointing. The app seems to lose connection and when I check the app it shows just one ha is working. So I end up pausing the app, wait a few seconds and then unpause. The ha's then reconnect and I'm able to get them to work normal (both ears). There's gotta be a fix for this.

Sound quits momentarily when you unlock your phone. Also, you can't turn off streaming. It runs constantly. I don't want the phone sounds inside my ears. I want the hearing aids to only function as hearing aids. I like being able to control the hearing aids with the app. But, I absolutely hate the streaming. Developer : Please put a button to turn off the streaming completely that actually works.

Same as other users. It's a terrible app. Volume of hearing aids drops every time I wake up my phone. Trying to use on a call, just got it working when suddenly there's no audio at all - through ha or phone speaker. Had to unpair to get phone speaker to work again. The app is a selling point for a very expensive product. If it won't work I'm returning for another brand. Hearing aids are great if you don't want the app. If you need the app, buy something else. It's the worst app I've ever used.
