The Lucid Hearing app brings simple and powerful control to your Powered by Lucid hearing aids. You can customize the sound the way you want, including
- LucidShape to personalize your hearing experience - live and in real time
- streaming audio EQ for treble, mids and bass
- ambient sound mixing
- selecting programs for multiple listening environments
- changing the volume
- controlling left & right hearing aids together or independently

The Lucid Hearing app also brings quick visual indicators for your hearing aid battery level, and works with Powered by Lucid hearing aids using both disposable zinc air and rechargeable lithium ion batteries.

The Lucid Hearing app is compatible with all A-series Powered by Lucid hearing aid models as well as Engage and Present hearing aids.

Ratings and reviews

I do like the hearing aids, they do what they're supposed to do. The hearing aid specialist has provided several programs that I use for different environments and that has proven very helpful to hear. The app is disappointing. The app seems to lose connection and when I check the app it shows just one ha is working. So I end up pausing the app, wait a few seconds and then unpause. The ha's then reconnect and I'm able to get them to work normal (both ears). There's gotta be a fix for this.

Decent, but buggy. The app doesn't always recognize both aids, even though they are both working, so you have to open and close the battery door of the aid again to connect. The Audio EQ is for any audio that streams from the phone... but every time you open the app, you have to re enter the settings. Can you please preserve the settings in the next update?

I very much Dis-like this app. For some unknown reason my hearing aids volume is constantly changing on this APP. One aid will go up and the other aid will go down or not change at all, but Wait! before long both aids will go haywire for no reason at all. I will be in the middle of an important conversation and suddenly for no reason whatsoever my hearing aids are cut off. It can be quite embarrassing.
