I don't understand why location permission is required on this app unless the developer is selling location information. If you are on an airplane and launch the app it force closes automatically since it cannot determine the location. I emailed the developer explaining that I travel a lot for my job and cannot make any adjustments while flying and haven't received not even a courtesy email stating that they received it. Next step will be calling Lucid.

Kludgy is the most appropriate word to describe this app. No streaming, no calls, programs randomly appear and disappear, user documentation is extremely sparse. FYI, I am an IT professional with over 40 years of diverse experience. If someone like myself cannot make this work, there is no way the average hearing aid customer would be able to make it work.

Unstable, unreliable, nowhere near ready to stream anything. I gave this app and my hearing aids 3 days to see if I could figure out the bugs because I'd really love to stream. It just doesn't work. At best it will give you okay audio but the hearing aid won't be synced. Most of the time the audio come through distorted, not at all or one ear normal the other mickey mouse. Crazy they did an update, sent emails to everyone telling them about it and still have unstable/horrible streaming.
