Sound quits momentarily when you unlock your phone. Also, you can't turn off streaming. It runs constantly. I don't want the phone sounds inside my ears. I want the hearing aids to only function as hearing aids. I like being able to control the hearing aids with the app. But, I absolutely hate the streaming. Developer : Please put a button to turn off the streaming completely that actually works.

App sucks for Android. I had high hopes after doing a ton of research on hearing aids and talking to Dr's for these Lucid Hearing aids. The website shows so many options for TV listening, outside, conversations, ECT. When you have an Android phone, you get bare bones. That is not what is shown on the website. Very misleading. I would have gone with another brand. The hearing aids will not hold the programming, will not switch out of streaming mode, have horrible static, and will not hold volume

App isn't perfect but I use it multiple times a day and have figured out how to mostly deal with the flaws. The biggest being the strength of the Bluetooth connection. While my phone is on my desk or on the floor in the gym I have decent range, but once my phone is in my pocket one ear almost alway cuts out so I can't walk and stream simultaneously. It might be a hardware deficiency in the aids themselves so nothing would help but I'm hopeful it's software and can be made better in the future.
