About this game

Turn a get-together into a word-guessing game. In Simple Alias, you explain the word on screen while your team races against the clock. All you need is one phone and your group.

Split into teams. Describe a word without saying it or using words with the same root. Swipe up for a correct guess or down to skip, then pass the phone to the next team. Score more points to win.

START WITH QUICK PLAY
Two teams, 60-second rounds and everyday words are ready to go. Choose Quick play and get straight to the game.

A MODE FOR YOUR GROUP
• Family: 90-second rounds with no skip penalty.
• Friends: 60-second rounds and a shared final word.
• Challenge: harder words, 60 seconds and a penalty for skipping.
You can also adjust the timer, winning score and other rules yourself.

WORDS FOR EVERY MOOD
Start with free decks of everyday words, harder concepts and expressions, or enter your own words. Want a themed round? Space odyssey and Action! are optional paid decks about space and cinema. Each is a one-time purchase, with no subscription. Purchase availability depends on your region and Google Play.

PLAY TOGETHER, ANYWHERE
• Play offline after your chosen deck is available on the device.
• Choose Russian or English words and interface.
• Keep playing without ad breaks.
• Pause automatically when you leave the app and resume your saved game later.
• Reuse your last settings for the next get-together.
