Tried to use my $12 rewards on the app and the rewards randomly disappeared after trying to pay for gas; also got no receipt of the rewards being used, they just disappeared. Customer support couldn't fix the issue and just replied with a generic reply to send an email to another department that's supposed to work on "gift card balance".

Just started to use this app....Please improve it, soooo slow, soooo annoying. Gasolina Móvil is fast as it should!

horrible experience when u actually need it the app disables ur account and have to contact customer support
