Tried to use my $12 rewards on the app and the rewards randomly disappeared after trying to pay for gas; also got no receipt of the rewards being used, they just disappeared. Customer support couldn't fix the issue and just replied with a generic reply to send an email to another department that's supposed to work on "gift card balance".

I like saving time. I like getting points and rewards for being a loyal customer. On the other hand, I dislike not being able to use the rewards for months. I dislike contacting customer support only to be told I have to wait in line at the gas station, I'm trying to avoid by using this app, and to use the points with the cashier that already has no desire to help. Supposedly, rewards are indefinitely suspended through the app. Super not loving it.

I had created an account sometime ago. when I try to sign in it says "user not found" but when I try to create an account it says that the number is already in use 😡😡😡 there's no way to contact support or even fix this issue so one star because I can't even use the app
