Ratings and reviews

I like saving time. I like getting points and rewards for being a loyal customer. On the other hand, I dislike not being able to use the rewards for months. I dislike contacting customer support only to be told I have to wait in line at the gas station, I'm trying to avoid by using this app, and to use the points with the cashier that already has no desire to help. Supposedly, rewards are indefinitely suspended through the app. Super not loving it.

Tried to use my $12 rewards on the app and the rewards randomly disappeared after trying to pay for gas; also got no receipt of the rewards being used, they just disappeared. Customer support couldn't fix the issue and just replied with a generic reply to send an email to another department that's supposed to work on "gift card balance".

Signed up for the 10$ welcome bonus (as Im sure the advertisers intended) and never got the $10 even though I completed the process. The cashiers could not help me either, saying it should show but does not reflect on my account even though I signed up and added my card and sverything.
