Ratings and reviews

Ding will NOT notify me of new messages! I have all of the settings correct on the app for notifications. No noise. No visual notifications, nothing! The first few after installing, I did receive notifications, both visual and audio. Then it just stopped. I need Ding for work and this lack of notification is a HUGE problem.

This app has much more features than WeChat and also better ones! The only thing is that i needed to turn off "Battery optimization". Otherwise I wouldn't receive notifications.

It is the worst chat app. It is hard to use and always shows an error message when I tried to login to pc. I had just used it on my pc a couple of days ago and now it won't login. I was forced to download on my cp. I think it is their way of getting many downloads from users. It is frustrating!!! I won't download if it was not needed in my job!
