New review, 3 years later still the same issues. Also the notifications work when I'm not at work and doesnt when I am. It sucks since I have to use this for work. And if I'm not notify of a work order, I can get in trouble so I would have to hover over my phone the entire time on shift refreshing the screen. The excuse of "your using an old version" doesnt cut it even your updates do absolutely nothing for users. Get it together. And quick. It should fall on me when it's your app that is trash.

Really glitchy, don't receive notification like I'm supposed to. Updates really mess up functionality of app. Why after I accept an maintenance ticket does it disappear? What a horrible app. The people programming it need to quit their jobs and go back to school. What a waste of my time. I only wish that I could talk my company into changing! Absolutely worthless. No notifications, glitchy at best, and just randomly will lose tickets or just not even show up.

So many problems and keeps getting worse. Using Pixel4 running Android10. 1) Constantly freezes. My only resolution is to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I find myself doing several times each week. 2) When it's not frozen, it does not provide notifications anymore. I have to manually refresh and check for new tickets. 3) Cannot see closed tickets from previous days. 4) There is no search function. 5) For some reason many future tickets (Preventative Maintenance) are already closed out. This may be a user error on our end, but it is impossible to correct. **Most days it is completely useless.** Back when it was providing notifications, it would randomly alert me to messages that were not intended for me. Also, it would often alert even when punched out and logged out. I have little choice but to use the app, as my employer requires it.
