there is a problem in the game , I want to play pvp except survival when I click on another one it says upgrade the game but when I go to play store there is no update of the game , so what should I do now???

In this update I found lots of procured items missing like skins, talent level degrade, degrade my level was down by 2 steps, and star/ crystal quantity also less may be some other things that I didn't notice yet.

clans cause errors, pvp doesn't connect, and can't transfer save because the feature is broken help says over and over again to play for 2 days to unlock save but it never does. their customer service IS AWFUL
