Ratings and reviews

I don't know what happened. I ordered a product 2 days ago. Today they notified me product price has been increased by 1000 bdt. They didn't putchase it. I obviously didn't pay and started refund process. Then I checked the original posting from aliexpress. Price is still the same. Price didn't increase at all. As far as I know if original price increased before purchase only then they should have notified me. If this happens continuously, you will loose customer. At least I won't waste my time.

There's some improvements that need to be made to the app: 1. A consolidated ordering process for different options on the same item page, so shipping doesn't get added each time/full dollar rate isn't charged for each 2. If item prices change, that should be updated in cart, or items in cart should be clickable so I can go to the pages & check prices 3. Notifications don't show up if I don't open the app first; they should show up in my notifs tab as soon as they're in or there's no point.

Very much disappointing, they have improved their app, but service got worsen. They do not have any tracking system, i have ordered some items, i have contacted several times to know the update, they kept me waiting around 1.5month saying that product is on the way, then suddenly they have changed the product status refunded without any prior notice.
