Sheikh Ali Abdullah Jaber was born in the city of Jeddah in 1373 AH, corresponding to 1953 AD.
Memorizing the Holy Qur’an at the age of fifteen years of age. He learned from Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Baz and Sheikh Muhammad Al-Mukhtar bin Ahmed Al-Jakni Al-Shanqeeti.
