AlignerPro is a simple tracker for clear aligners and retainers, built to help you stay organised day by day.

Track your current tray, monitor daily wear time, review your calendar, save progress photos and keep an eye on your routine as it changes. Whether you are starting clear aligner treatment, working through refinements or moving into retainer wear, AlignerPro keeps everything in one place without making it complicated.

Designed for everyday use, AlignerPro focuses on the details that are easy to lose track of: how long your aligners or retainers have been in, when you last had them out, why you removed them, which tray you are on and how your progress is looking over time.

Wear-time and break tracking
Track when your aligners or retainers are in or out, see how your day compares with your target, and record removal reasons using presets or your own custom reasons.

Phone Home screen widget
Check your current timer state, daily progress, target time and removal reason without opening the app.

Tray tracking
Keep an eye on your current tray, upcoming changes, refinements and treatment timeline.

Retainer tracking
Continue tracking after active treatment with support for retainer wear routines and replacement dates.

Calendar view
Review daily wear time, logged sessions, notes, appointments and history by date.

Progress photos
Capture or import photos, link them to specific trays and days, and compare changes throughout treatment.

Reminders and routine support
Set phone reminders so you do not accidentally leave your aligners or retainers out for too long. Premium users can also receive reminders on a compatible Wear OS watch.

Backup and restore
Create one-time backups in Google Drive or a folder you choose, with optional password protection. Browse and restore your saved backups when needed, including during setup on a new device.

Wear OS smartwatch support
Use AlignerPro on a compatible Wear OS watch to view today’s wear time, daily progress, current timer state and treatment information without opening your phone. Add the AlignerPro Tile for quick access to your status and daily progress.
When your aligners are out, an ongoing timer can keep the elapsed time visible from your watch face and recent apps.
Free users can view synced information on the watch. AlignerPro Premium adds timer controls and Wear OS reminders, including reminders when aligners have been out too long, when a tray change is due, at bedtime or when a retainer is due for replacement.

AlignerPro Premium is an optional one-time upgrade. It includes:
• Automatic backups to Google Drive or a folder you choose, with flexible scheduling, a chosen backup time, Wi-Fi-only support, backup retention and optional password protection
• Start and stop the wear timer from a compatible Wear OS watch when your paired phone is connected

Free users can still track wear time on their phone, create and restore one-time backups, and view synced wear information in the Wear OS app. Core wear tracking, tray and retainer tracking, phone reminders, calendar tools, progress photo capture and photo comparison remain available without Premium.
