• View the suggested ride fare before confirming.

• Rate your driver after the ride is completed.

FOR DRIVERS

• Choose the driver role and submit your application.
• Provide the required identity, contact, vehicle, and license plate details.
• Receive ride offers after your driver account is approved.
• Accept or decline each ride offer within 30 seconds.
• View pickup, destination, and fare information before accepting a ride.
• Manage your availability and ride activity from the app.

SMART DRIVER MATCHING

After a passenger confirms the suggested fare, the ride request is sent to an available driver. If the first driver does not accept the request, Ride Flow automatically continues with the next suitable driver.

UPFRONT FARE INFORMATION

Ride Flow may calculate a suggested fare using factors such as the selected city, route, and current fuel-price logic. Passengers can review the suggested price before requesting a driver.

The driver search begins only after the passenger confirms the fare.

CASH PAYMENTS

Ride Flow currently supports cash payments made directly to the driver at the beginning of the ride. The app may record the agreed fare and payment status, but it does not process card payments for cash rides.
