So you've driven hours to get to your accounts. You take your time and service the account. Use this ap, and suddenly, all your info is gone. Now you're driving back and servicing again. This ap has way too many bugs. There are too many service outages ( down all day just yesterday) and, worst yet, lost data, productivity, and duplicating your work. Their web platform is still the best route for your reporting.

Does not synchronize most of the time. Have to constantly refresh. Offline mode would be a good addition since it's almost impossible to use in areas with poor service.

Amazing app when it works. It hasn't worked for me in over a month. I've done everything suggested. Please update
