Honestly was going great for several months(about 9 months roughly). Now suddenly it refuses to let me login today. used it the past 2 weeks no issues. Today it's unable to find my account but says I already have one when I try to re-sign up with my email. PLEASE HELP. TIA! . Edit to update: no longer an issue. It was likely a minor problem already being sorted out when I'd reported the problem. THANK YOU KINDLY! 😇

Slow all the way around!! It doesn't matter if I use the app or the website! It's constantly lagging and The quality of the videos is hit or miss.. and most of the courses won't help in obtaining an actual career.. while there are a few courses on here that can help with up-skilling.. I wish there were more legitimate course options.. more certifications, etc..

UI is simplified yet there is no tutorial (trial and error). Charts are very difficult to read on mobile - many charts read like you're learning how many syllables a word contains. It's very jarring! There are also quite a few grammatical errors. There are a broad swath of jobs skills to choose from however they appear random and overly basic with no structure. Adding a goals tab would benefit. Slides, thus far, are technical and offer little in the way of example, especially the "how."
