Basics ONLY work one way, no support ( supposedly IT will call back 1 to 2 business days. No text support or email, the typical nothing in writing cowardice). Although dozens of categories to add pickup. Only 5 to add dropoff or non default addresses. So you have to call to add a new dropoff address. Because app REQUIRES a category and only allows five (eg pharmacy not included even though plan allows). Stupid. Also must call for return (must if no time on round trip, they advise anyway even if)

Works most of the time. I only wish there was the option to edit and scheduled trip instead of having to completely cancel and start over. Also, the message for the driver or additional information options are useless. You're asked if a stop is needed, i.e., pharmacy, but it's not related to the driver. No matter how many times I've requested a pharmacy stop after seeing a doctor, it's never been accomplished. The drivers aren't made aware and only abide by the pick-up/drop-off information

With the aid of a very helpful lady in their office I was finally able to get registered after running into the same problems as everyone else in trying to do it myself. I made it to my destination with no problem (I had scheduled the trip by phone and hadn't used the app.) However, when I tried to activate my already scheduled trip home using the app, I found that the "activate" button was not there and therefore I had no way to notify them I was ready to return! I called the office again but their rep also couldn't locate the button or any other way to activate a ride via the app. He was able to set up my ride without using it, but if I had been forced to use the app I'd still be 8 miles from home. As far as I'm concerned, until they fix the bugs this app is totally useless.
