I waited a while to rate the app. It is easy to use and set up payments. I did need to call to figure out how to change my reoccurring payments because the first time we set it up apparently it was paying late each month with a charge and you can't see the payment breakdown from the app so it took a long time for ne to notice the charge. If it updates to when you click on a payment you can see the breakdown ( fee charge, principal, interest) like you can on the web it would be great.

Mobile deposit doesn't work 80 percent of the time, which is a significant problem for those of us who rely on internet banking. (I was told by their technical staff that cashier's checks cannot be deposited.)The app isn't up-to-date with the latest version of android. Connexus is a terrific credit union but their app is far from state of the art.

The app itself is great. But I don't use it that often because I'm reluctant to switch 100% to Connexus for all my banking. I applied for a loan with them and then get offered unfavorable rate and terms because they someone get a credit score 40 points lower than the score I see on the app itself. it would be nice to inform customers that you don't use the score given on the app. Why display the credit score if you aren't going to use it to extend credit to a customer?
