This app used to work fine. Now it forces itself to be used in landscape mode only. You cannot set a pin for the app because it will only allow you to enter zeros and not only will it not let you repeat the same number four times. This app used to work so well and now it works very poorly. When they first made changes to the app, you had to log in three times in order to get any information such as your account balance. This app is no longer convenient to use.

This app needs to be updated to support the samsung galaxy s10.. worked fine on my S8. After launching the app, when i put my credentials in and click login, it refreshes and i have to do it again, but this time it will log me in. What i have found is enabled fingerprint scanning breaks the app completely. Once you have enabled the fps and log out (either by force closing or timing out), you cannot get back in. You will get an error that it "keeps stopping" and prompted to close the app, but it will not launch. You actually have to clear the app data (clearing cache does not resolve) and sign back in.. If you have an S10/S10+ then I encourage you to not use the FPS option!

Your app sucks dill pickles. It won't let me pay bill online. The app says we're sorry we don't recognize you or you don't have an account with us. That's so funny cuz I've been paying on our camper since September. Sooooo since I can't pay online, I'm stuck paying it over the phone and paying their service fee.
