It's getting better but the one thing that's seriously frustrates the heck out of me Is that this thing is constantly asked me to re-register my device. It would be great if you app could actually ACTUALLY remember my device instead of 15 times per month asking me to verify my device and go through the security questions over and over again. My BMO app doesn't even ask me to confirm my device maybe if I don't login for more than a month it will. I probably have close to 50 devices register

The app is garbage. For > 3 years, I have closely monitored my checking acct paper stmts against the digital app ledger, never matches. The bank & the gas station take no account ability for the hold nor the money being placed back in the account. When bringing the issue to the attention to ECU, I received canned explanations. The app is not accurately computating the ledger. When threatened with legal action, I was forced out of the app and forced to sign a user agreement. Missing >3k

This updated educators app is terrible. Details are missing for my credit account. It doesn't even show when and how much my next payment is. They got rid of the login pin. The app in my opinion looks a lot worse than it did before. Transfers are still just as bad as they were before. Overall not very happy with the update. Bring back the login pin!

Hi Mack! Since most newer phones now offer biometric security features (unlocking with facial recognition, fingerprint or eyes) the PIN feature was removed as biometrics is a more secure method of authentication. If you want to share more details about your experience, please email us at https://www.ecu.com/contact-us/
