Love the app, except, making transfers now is horrible, cannot enter transfer amount, tried several different ways, it always goes back to zero. UPDATE: they must have fixed the problem, it's now working ok. UPDATE 6/24/22: Now I cannot open app with fingerprint, I've checked all permissions, etc, but it will not open with fingerprint since last night, whatever they did overnight.

This updated educators app is terrible. Details are missing for my credit account. It doesn't even show when and how much my next payment is. They got rid of the login pin. The app in my opinion looks a lot worse than it did before. Transfers are still just as bad as they were before. Overall not very happy with the update. Bring back the login pin!

Hi Mack! Since most newer phones now offer biometric security features (unlocking with facial recognition, fingerprint or eyes) the PIN feature was removed as biometrics is a more secure method of authentication. Never had a problem with a bank app till this one. I emailed you. You didn't respond! 6/7/23 and I still can't get in. Still, no response to the email. 7/29/23, and still no email. More problems 8/25/23. this is the worst app I've ever had. I'll have to switch banks. 8/27/23 Finally got in, and it says error loading accounts. I've been trying to get it to load for a half hour now. Guess I won't find out about that 15 dollar fee. For the record, the lobby experience was always good. 5 stars.
