Great banking app. Granted, this is the only one I've ever used, but it does everything i need in a very easy-to-use manner. It's easy checking balances, transferring money between accounts, and everything else i need. Their mobile deposit works great too, don't need to physically cash checks anymore, now i can just take a picture of them with the app, it's super easy. Plus you can access your credit report through this app which is a nice bonus.

It's great when it works. The app is unavailable for use on average 3 weeks a month. I have been unable to view my balance with this convenient app and have to monitor my account through atm service. Very frustrating. I was contacted by support through email asking for more information. I gave more information and was sent a link where I had to verify a bunch of stuff because it was sensitive information they were sending me and it was just a request for more of the same information. I'm done.

The app WAS a five star rating. But after the new update they took away all payment options. The only thing you can do to pay on my loan is just pay the minimum due. it used to have options to pay more, add my own amount, and choose weather or not I want that extra money to go to principle or interest. So I am only able to make a minimum payment which is garbage and unacceptable I should be able to pay however much I want when I want on any bill and now you have taken that from the user.
