out of nowhere the app stopped working on my phone.. no warning or anything, and my phone is only a few years old. what's the point of a banking app if it doesn't work on the phone you downloaded it on?? and after a while of this issue, I've check at least once a week since it happened, there's no change. there's several reviews with this issue and there has been no fix at all

Hi Zephyr, unfortunately due to updates to Android’s operating system, only devices running version 12 or newer are currently supported. You can still manage your STCU accounts on your device through your browser at stcu.org. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Great banking app. Granted, this is the only one I've ever used, but it does everything i need in a very easy-to-use manner. It's easy checking balances, transferring money between accounts, and everything else i need. Their mobile deposit works great too, don't need to physically cash checks anymore, now i can just take a picture of them with the app, it's super easy. Plus you can access your credit report through this app which is a nice bonus.

It's great when it works. The app is unavailable for use on average 3 weeks a month. I have been unable to view my balance with this convenient app and have to monitor my account through atm service. Very frustrating. I was contacted by support through email asking for more information. I gave more information and was sent a link where I had to verify a bunch of stuff because it was sensitive information they were sending me and it was just a request for more of the same information. I'm done.
