About this app

The Karrar Namibia app helps customers request quotes and track the processing and shipping of acacia, tamarisk, and natural charcoal for export.

You can select the product, cutting length, number of containers, and port of arrival, then send your quote request directly to the Karrar Namibia team. There is no in-app payment; the official invoice and payment details are sent to the customer through standard business channels.

After confirming your order and receiving the official invoice, use the four-digit invoice number along with your registered WhatsApp number to track your shipment. The app displays the stages of the process: cutting, waiting for mobile shipments, packing, container preparation, route to the port, sea freight, arrival, and submission of original documents.

The app also shows the invoice value, the amount paid, the remaining balance, and Karrar Namibia's shipping, logistics, and export updates.
