About this app

ALLDART is the coordination app for Disaster Airlift Response Teams (DARTs) --the volunteer pilots and ground crews who move people, supplies, and information when disaster strikes.

When a disaster hits, every minute matters. ALLDART gets the right alert to the right volunteers, collects their one-tap responses, and gives your command team a live picture of who's ready, who’s responding, and what's happening in the field.

OFFLINE-SAFE BY DESIGN
No signal never means lost work. The app always opens, your team data stays on your device, and everything you do offline — check-ins, responses, reports, photos — sends itself automatically when a connection returns. (Receiving new alerts, like any app, requires a connection.) Evenadd spontaneous volunteers offline.

FOR EVERY VOLUNTEER
• Get activation alerts that can't be missed — and respond with one tap: On my way, Standby, or Unavailable
• Check in at staging with one button
• Report what you see from the field — category, severity, photos, and automatic location
• Private team messaging along your chain of command

FOR PILOTS
• Live map with TFRs (flight restrictions), airport weather in flight-category colors, weather radar, wildfire activity, and live aircraft
• Aircraft and readiness tracking, sortie board, and mission coordination

FOR COMMAND
• Send targeted Calls to everyone, a region, or a team — and watch responses tally in real time
• Automatic reminders to volunteers who haven't responded
• Live operational picture: who's checked in, where your people are (with their consent), and what the field is reporting
• Clearly labeled EXERCISE mode, so drills can never be mistaken for real activations

PRIVACY FIRST
Your information belongs to your team. Location sharing is opt-in and only active while you're checked in. Photos and reports are visible only to your organization. We collect the minimum and sell nothing.

ALLDART supports volunteer disaster airlift organizations. Access is provided through your team — ask your coordinator for an invitation. ALLDART can also be customized for your oganization.
