Worst app, creating a horrible customer experience. Rating it as one-star is being generous. I preferred the previous app. So many features not in this app. No senior discount, loyal 10 missing, mobile 20 doesn't work. It always defaults to Farmingdale and has too many ads for other items. Too frequently many items aren't available. it doesn't let you confirm, add coupons or make changes at checkout. and the second time I used it, my whole cart just disappeared, suddenly empty. I hate it.

As usual, an app update that has made things worse. As mentioned by another user, you cannot add your previous loyalty card number so you don't even know if those points still exist as far as the app is concerned.

older version was better, the new update uses instacart directly, cant use my accrued points or set my own loyalty card. and cant get delivery by store like before.
