First time using this app. Nice to have making it much easier for the drivers to check in and allowing costco to follow the progress of their load you haul for them. I wasn't aware of this app before pickup, but now, whenever I know I'm picking up a costco load, I'll be using this app to make life easier. To log in, drivers will be given a piece of paper at security with the po# and a log-in password. Once logged in, you will see your load info and fast pass check-in

this app is completely off the wall useless. As long as scales are closed you'll always get a bypass. If the scale is opened you'll always get " Pull in unless closed " message. I've got a year long subscription and after it ends so does this useless app.

The App is awesome! It allows me to seamlessly check-in, tells me to stage and wait, then tells me what for to go to and when unloading is complete. No having to walk to the receiving office and stand in line. Check-out is also a cinch. l Just show the QR Code upon arrival and departure. l get Proof Of Delivery physically and in the App! In this day and age of theft by thieves and drivers, the App can track where the load is at all times. It keeps everyone honest. That's a good thing.
