So disappointing for a public listed company. I tried a few times at home and at the bank counter where they called a hotline number for me to talk to a call centre staff ..... but still cannot set up the security token on the app ... the process is lengthy and complicated, not simple and user friendly. Now, I have to go to the bank to make my bank transactions.

The QR scan was so unresponsive it's not even working half of the time and I have tried everything from changing the angle, the QR code lighting and holding my phone as steadily as possible. I can't recount the amount of time I'm trying to scan QR in front of a seller and just awkwardly smile and give up. Switching to TNG scan and I could be having parkinson and it would still go through so it was never the code, lighting or phone issue.

At 29/01/26, the app is still definitely one of the worst Banking App ever made. Not intuitive, UI is severely lacking and loading time takes forever. Sometimes, it doesn't even load the content even with good internet and some other times, you can't even open the app! Superbly useless!
