App is usually laggy. For virtual card it's a different kind of nightmare. Endless loading and half the time can't see the cards (give up and try another day). Now I can't even login. In this day and age how can a banking app be so garbage? I thought this was me back in early mid 2010s when banks are still rolling out e-banking. I didn't expect this nostalgia trip in late 2025. Guys please, don't tell me I'm going to experience this up to 2030 right?

I’ve been facing multiple issues with your mobile app. It was very laggy, and I had to install and uninstall it several times before I could finally get my virtual credit card activated. However, after obtaining the card, I found that it cannot be added to Google Pay. This raises the question — how can I use the card if it’s not supported there? In addition, the QR Pay feature is also unavailable after logging in. Please look into improving the app performance.

today 31st oct 2025, I cannot enter the app at all. it stuck at the black screen after the alliance bank logo. entering the app from third party apps like shopee or grab also has the same problem. and no new updates when i check at play store. please fix.
