Everytime I tap on the approval push notification, most of the time the app will only open to login page, and the approval page is not showing. This is frustrating because I had to use the MSC in order to proceed with my payment. At first I thought maybe my phone was outdated, but then I changed to a new phone and this problem still occurs. Transactions that was supposed to take only a few minutes feels like forever when I have to use MSC everytime the app failed to load the page for approval.

the app is horrendous. tried to sign up for a virtual card but the app itself is unable to take a proper picture of the required documents. it distorts and blues all the picture it forces me to take without the option to upload or do anything else. called customer service but it seems they don't even know how their application process or website looks like. don't think I'll be using alliances anytime soon after this bad experience

Recently, the secure TAC approval has been buggy. The notification appears, but when I click it, the TAC approval does not show up, especially when I try to make an online payment from my PC or another device. I thought it was only happening to me, but some of my friends are experiencing the same issue as well. Please look into this.
