Change the UI man. Come on now. Why do I need to go through 3 pages just to see my transaction history? And UI is outdated compared to other banking apps. It's slow and looks boring. Not to mention there's not much customisation that I can do for the notification. Like, I don't want to receive email alert when I receive or transfer money. Why not just keep to only push notification? And for the transfer part, is it really necessary to enter my password? It's not like I haven't done that on login

Worse app and bank service ever. when a person opens the account and did mention that this acc will be used to receive their salary. Then the officers should advice that you need a debit card if you intend to do any bank transfer. but didn't mention the crucial information. now I have the money in my account just for me to see and can't do anything about it. train your staff better. and the app is so outdated. Now I need to find a day from my busy day to visit the bank to solve your mistakes.

Inaccessible app with lots of outstanding technical issues for mobile banking. Initially unable to complete balance enquiry. Following this, unable to proceed to register app which had a TAC mobile number mismatch with same number on ATM. Teller removed the existing online account and re-registered. Went back to bank and attempted with another phone and different phone number, but was then told over the phone at the bank that the SMS function only supported by Android V13 and above.
